Current Series
Here I Am // Responding to the Call of God
OVERVIEW
God is inviting you on his mission are you available? People talk about serving God and following God, but what does it look like to hear the voice of God? What does it look like to follow Him? How do you know it is Him?
What does he want from you? Many people believe in God and love him, but don’t know how to hear and be available to his call.
In the Old Testament there are four men that each in their own way respond to the call of God by saying “Here I am”. Abraham did not withhold anything from God not even his son. Samuel learned to hear and follow the voice of God. Moses found a rescuer that showed him he had much more to offer than he thought. Isaiah met a holy God that cleansed him and made him holy like God is holy.
No matter where you are today, learning to respond to the call of God starts with these simple words “Here I am”. It’s the invitation to let God shape you, and use you in his great mission. For these men this was how they told God they where available to his leading. In this series we want to invite you to respond to the call of God.
Unless the Lord builds a house, the work of the builders is wasted.
